Case study: Celia Aesthetic Clinic

THEIR CHALLENGE:
This client said they weren’t getting more than 300 appointments per month. The appointments they had were giving them around €60K in revenue per month. Their desired number of appointments was 450.

SOLVING THEIR CHALLENGE:
So once we were done with the onboarding process we went ahead and implemented our Aesthetic Pro system. Our bespoke system, just for aesthetic clinics looking to increase their revenue. We carefully selected & created the right ads along with a strong copy. We targeted the right people which spiked interest in the ads. We then enabled all of the automation so that the clinic does not have to do a single thing, except their job of course, once the appointments show up at the door. Using our system they finally broke the 300 appointments limit, reaching 450 appointments bringing in €113K in revenue per month.

Case study: Polish Exclusive

THEIR CHALLENGE:
Polish Exclusive delivers high-end car detailing to luxury cars. The owner of Polish Exclusive was so busy delivering the best service possible, that he didn’t have any time to think about marketing and updating his Instagram feed, making him lose potential customers in the summer season.

SOLVING THEIR CHALLENGE:
We went ahead and took full control of their social media. We implemented our bespoke content strategy and created high-end content that served the right purpose; showing their craft and expertise in the field of luxury car detailing. This meant 11,356% more reach and 1,016% more engagement in just one month of partnering with us. We also used Facebook ads to bring in more leads. Those leads were then turned into appointments by our automation.

Case study: Carriere BV

THEIR CHALLENGE:
Carriere didn’t have a clear vision on what they wanted to do on social media, especially Instagram. They had the content all ready to go, but were understaffed so their marketing wasn’t on par. They also wanted to make use of more Meta to drive traffic/leads to their job vacancy website.

SOLVING THEIR CHALLENGE:
We made a social media marketing strategy for their Instagram. Really getting to know the reason why they want to be on Instagram. We then made use of all of the content they had accumulated but not used. We then made content that resonated with the content pillars. This all resulted in a better overall reach and more leads that came in through the DM.

We also set up campaigns in Meta ads. Making a broad and detailed targeting campaign to ensure that all of the jobs they have available, got seen by the right people. And it did, because they were finally getting more leads in through Meta.

Case study: TNGRE

THEIR CHALLENGE:
Their office in Rotterdam was feeling a bit behind the office in Amsterdam. This is because most of the content that was previously created was for Amsterdam. They wanted to become known more in the city of Rotterdam, increasing their reach of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

SOLVING THEIR CHALLENGE:
We went ahead and made a marketing strategy just for the Rotterdam office. We really got to know TNGRE, what they’re offering and who they are offering it to. We then came up with different ideas on what kind of content to create and what the purpose of each content piece should be. We then made content that resonated with every expat in Rotterdam. Content that showcased Rotterdam’s uniqueness and multiculturalism, but also content that increased TNGRE’s reach, resulting in getting more inbound leads via DM.

Case study: Wax and laser studio Medusa

THEIR CHALLENGE:
They lost control of their social media while being engrossed in work. They didn’t have a clear vision in mind but knew that they had to ‘do something with marketing’. Their goal was to get more inbound leads through Instagram while also showcase their expertise on laser hair removal.

SOLVING THEIR CHALLENGE:
We developed a tailored marketing strategy for their Instagram account. We included all the things that they wanted to achieve through marketing and implemented that plan. We incorporated their brand style and made social media posts showcasing their expertise. This resulted in getting more reach, followers and even inbound leads just like they wanted to. This was happening while the owner was busy opening their third location, so she didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
